Express as a Positive Suggestion

While it is never a good idea to disrespect those who employ you. However, there are things you feel could be improved or changed to improve job satisfaction, it's maybe how you express that can make the difference. When employees express things like I hate my job and all the reasons why, it usually reflects on the boss, company and co-workers in a negative way. So you didn’t express it that strongly…you didn’t say you hate your job you just said something like I’m so over qualified for this job, anyone could do it. You probably can guess the boss’s reaction to a comment like this is not going to be received very well. So just don’t say it.
